During the Thanksgiving week I didn't follow my fruits and vegetables and juice type diet. So I ended up getting sick. I haven't gotten this sick in 2 years. It just shows that our body system is more vunerable when we are not eating the correct foods that contain our essentials.
Along with lack of sleep and exercise as contributors. When I eat great quality food my body can handle the exercise and the occasional lack of sleep hence me not getting sick.
I'm telling you this to encourage you to make healthier choices and that I fall off the bandwagon sometimes as well. We all fall, it's getting back up that counts.
Side note: My wife maintained our diet and although she's around me 24/7 she's seems immune. She's constant on the fruits and veggies.
